Merchant

So the Cow has a name.
Merchant.
And it belongs to my sister and big john.
And occasionally it keeps trying to eat me.

I'm not sure who was more delighted to get the cow back John or my sister. Both Wept. John I must admit started then quickly stopped, probably because of the delight in my sisters face, i too felt my own eyes starting to water, and didn't stop smiling for a few minutes. I've gone to see if there is anyway down into the forest as it seems the only way round is several days away, and both John and Little Red seem impatient to return home. and Nothing could make me happier now that Little Red being happy.

Merchant, I have agreed, is a handy animal for carrying extra packs and little Red does seam to love the animal. So we shall travel through the forest to get home in two days.

If anything, I am learning a lot of tact. I'm even calling the cow Merchant, in all honestly I'm treating it like a horse. It does act like a very greedy one anyway which makes it a little easier. So tomorrow morning we'll start off through the forest. Tonight I shall sharpen our swords and give little Red another archery lesson. although Our talent with a bow is obviously genetic as her skill is already above that of the two men... alright and me. I wonder if she'd be interested in Knife throwing..? then again I keep forgetting she's a young woman, and I really shouldn't encourage her.

Anyway. into the forest we go. Only for Two days and a night. We should be fine.
